1)Upon Management approval, a refund will be made in the same form as original payment or for store credit.
2)There is a 20% Restocking Fee on any cancelled In-Stock purchases.
3)The person the refund is made to must be present and show proper identification or swipe credit card.
4)The refund will be made to the name on the original invoice in cases of checks or cash.
5)Absolutely under no circumstances will a refund be mailed for security purposes.
6)Sleep Products and Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.
7)Set up and delivery charges are non-refundable.
8)Protection or fabric protection charges are non-refundable.
9)All sales are final on close-out merchandise.
